Phantom equity gives employees a financial interest in your company's growth without issuing real shares. If you sell or hit a milestone, they receive a cash payout based on a formula you define. No cap table changes, no securities law complexity.
Do I need a lawyer to use Equigrant?

Can I switch plans later?
